While many athletes started competing as children, I didn't find interests in sports until I was a teenager. I immediately took to the student athlete life. By the end of my senior year, I was a captain of two varsity sports teams, volleyball and track & field, and working as hard as I could to better myself on and off the court/field. Now, I am a Kinesiology major (concentration in Sports Medicine), a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer, and training full time. Every day feels like a gift. I am grateful to my family and to my supporters for making this possible.
My support team consists of God, my family (pictured to the right), friends, and former teammates and coaches. It also includes people like you! Your dedication to being a TopTier athlete means so much to me and pushes me to work harder to get you on the road to victory, in accomplishing the goals you have set.
TopTier Sports Lab aims to provide personal training that will promote athletic development and enhance sports performance. Our training programs are purposefully designed by a team who is passionate about building the athlete's character and encouraging success in their sport. We work every day, 24/7, to better ourselves, the athletes, and their game.
With the TopTier Team, you get affordable, small group or private training to ensure the focus stays on the betterment of the athlete. We are here to develop the athlete in many aspects important to all sports and games. For example, excelling physically, strengthening mindsets, and attaining goals. We seek to build meaningful relationships with our athletes and encourage a comfortable and motivating atmosphere
